this video was taken with a tachyon xc camera tied about 6 feet down on the 5th line. two other lines were tied out from that to the front lines to keep the camera from spinning. This is not a plug for Tachyon, But I like the cam.
If anyone is interested I can take a picture of the setup, pretty simple.
hope you enjoyed the crash

What's with the creepy David Lynch like soundtrack? I expected Dennis Hopper to come out of the whitewash and shoot the dog while walking backwards to shore.

ok the spooky sound is not added, I am sure it is the wind blowing past the strings/cam.
Well I did not see Dennis come out of the water so I am going with my theory.
mabe I should copyright that???

the hook up can shirley be improved but this is how I did it for this video.
Please add your comments

the cam came with the mount shown in the pic.
the blue 5th line in the center was looped around to hold the cam from sliding down the string, it worked.
the grey leading edge lines went through the slots in the side of the mount.
I pulled about 6 ft of line through before hooking the kite.
the red and white lines did not touch the cam.
after adjusting everything to look right I tied a final green string over knot around the 5th line to help hold the cam from moving down the line.
