Stolen Lunacys from Floras Lake

Had two Lunacys stolen from our school area - probably Sunday night. One is a red '08 w/ Bridge of the Gods sticker and scratched up on bottom (from slider), other is a white '09 with Dakine and Unreal Films stickers. Also taken was a Rev kite bag w/ a 20" Slingshot bar and some T3 bags (bags had no kites).

Thinking maybe the assholes who took them also were the same ones who smoked and left cig butts in the sauna. Nice.

Guessing the stickers will be removed and it's a lost cause, but thought you all might keep an eye out for maybe some tobacco stinkin' losers trying to sell them.

The campground was a total zoo Friday-Sunday. Lots of sketchy people, a gruesome dog fight, and no hot water. It's a lot mellower now.

I hope these boards turn up... There is no one I hate more than a thief.

Dude, That is bad. After carpooling to Floras and spending the weekend there I felt a really good vibe from the place, was not worried about leaving gear out to dry or even overnight. I don't want to believe it was anyone from the kite community. I didn't even notice the "sketchy" people or the dogs fighting.

We should all pay attention to our own and our neighbors gear as I suppose that there will be more of these unfortunate events to come as the sport grows. Sucks that now I will be worried about my gear while at Floras.

I hope the gear shows up and it was just misplaced; if not I hope the scumbags get nabbed.

Just picture them trying to learn how to kite without lessons from you....i am sure some karma will be delt to them by the wind gods!

I had some crack head steal some gear from me in june when i was camping at honeyman...stole my best jimmy...on my birthday even.

Good luck this weekend with the "take over!"

Will, we will keep our eyes peeled. Probably to be used as wake boards however.
