Hey, are there any guys that work on computer hardware out there? I need some assistance with installing a DVD/CD ROM drive in my compaq computer. I burned up my old one by watching too many hot porn movies Laughing

Just Kidding.

I'm a little hesistant to open it up and do it myself - don't want to screw it up and ruin my computer. I could throw in some bones if someone could assist me. If its simple I could do it myself with some guidance or if its complicated I can bring my computer to you. Hit me up if you can help me out.

It's pretty easy dude, just plug it in the same way the old one came out. You won't hurt anything by opening it up and taking a look.

Got it working!! It is pretty simple - its basically, unscrew, unplug, plug, screw back in, and play. All good.
