My lady needed an XS, but as they weren't making them, she bought a S and did a couple of modifications and it works prefect.

What she did was cut about 2" off each side of the velcro waist strap and re-sew the ends back up. Fits her perfect now, no need for an XS.

Hit me up with a PM and we can get your lady a modified harness from my lady.

Ride Engine's new lineup of harnesses will be out in November and will include new XS and XXL sizes, as well as new 6" and 12" spreader bars.
A quick and easy way to get a little smaller sizing from a current harness is to trim some of the plastic tubing from the speed loops- this will allow you to tighten the webbing more

This could work too, the problem is the velcro is too long and you can't get it to overlap properly. She cut her velcro and didn't trim the tubing and it works perfect. Best harness ever.
