imgur.com is a nice little tool for quickly uploading images, then you just use the img button on post.
As to my kiting - My bad knee has been keeping me off the water for awhile - Kited for the first time in two years one week ago, whoo hoo! |

Bad knees are no fun... Have you looked into lubricant injections? I'm getting my first of these soon. Doc swears I'll feel like I have 18 year old knees--at least for a little while. Maybe for a long time. (Trailblazers doc from Rebound.) I'm pumped to ride a bit harder and even get on my bike again! Doc says I'll feel like I could run again--but don't. I'll post up my experience soon. |

Let me know how it goes! My biggest issue is my ACL keeps tearing and then I risk cartilage damage, so I am not sure if the injections would help for that. |

seriously: keep us updated on the bad knee treatment (at least those of us with wearing out parts). I'm particularly curious about Rebound as I've thought about heading their direction for some of my issues. (Bulging disk in neck mostly controlled by PT exercises and a long-standing rotator cuff issue)
We can make another "getting old" thread if needed rather than hijacking this one, but it's interesting to hear how people who actually want to "fix" it are approaching issues they have.
...and definitely: THANKS! |
