------ was one of the paramedics that arrived on the scene. He called in the helicopter and had him transported to Portland. ------ mentioned he had a concussion but didn't know any more details.

Not trying to be an ass... but....
.......... may want to revisit the HIPPA portion of his NREMT / Paramedicine training.....
...or... maybe just edit his name out.

The last couple years this spot has been blown up. With the railroad under more scrutiny due to the Mosier derailment an accident like this will definitely raise concerns over access.

I talked to the Para-medic ______ yesterday, he or she said that the un-named victim has no issues..... but the sheriff was at the un-named launch site ticketing people crossing the ______!
