I hit a BIG submerged log floating out past the surf line yesterday, it did some major damage to the bottom of my board. The thought of this stuff silently floating in the water is pretty scary. Keep an eye out for hazards like this. Last edited by jeremy on Wed May 11, 16 4:20 pm; edited 1 time in total |

Jeremy, next time just get sideways and throw a nose press with some steez.
It's brutal, especially with the sun glare late in the day. |

Sorry Jeremy, that was my log. I had one too many burritos at the Mexican establishment in Manzanita called 'The Left Coast"--SO tasty. Pre-session meals before kiting often don't pay off.
Glad you at least survived.
Pm me the bill. |

You missed it today Jeremy, super steady 21mph wind from 2 to 6. Then we hit left coast, so watch out for more logs. |
