You can still kite at low tide...it just involves a lot more walking to get to the water.
Then you can just go up wind until the mouth widens up enough for a good tack.
Earlier in the day will be good like undertow said; it is just gonna be cold as balls  |

| It was a little chilly down here in Padre too. I had to put my 2mill neoprene top on. Brrrr! I'm in for a bit of a shock when we had back North I think. |
