This quote came from the stormwarming SB cam site. Where are/were these launches? Are they accessible by a reasonable trip via boat or is it a long ride to these areas? What type of riding and or characteristics do these places provide besides lack of crowds (great swell, consistent wind, nukie wind?, shallow water/butterflat)

All closed due to no access from the RR? Fishermen still cross the tracks and receive no fines/warnings?

What are the fines if caught in these areas?

That doesn't seem equitable or fair.
