Planning on camping at Rosevelt for Memorial weekend. I have never been there. Does anyone know if it fills up that weekend? Do we need to go on Friday to get a spot? We are tent camping. I guess we could go back to Mary Hill if full.

Sorry to miss the Sandbar cleanup, already committed to Rosevelt. I had a great time helping on the first one.

Not sure about Roosevelt. But last time I checked Maryhill was shut down due to Washington budget cuts. I am sure you can still poach a site there but I doubt they will have any of the facilities open.

I'd make some calls. Maryhill is not on any of the WSParks closure lists.

Maryhill is still open.

The camping at Roosevelt is much nicer though. Roosevelt is one of the best sites in the gorge for sure. We can thank the efforts of the windsurf community and all their hardwork in making that place so nice.

But will it be windy on Memorial weekend there? It doesn't look good.

I windsurf will be forcasting for Saturday tomorrow. That will be the first info to go on. It looks like sunny, warm weather. I guess we will have to be flexible.
