It's all really good but now that you mention, it I should sell my kayaks (4!) to make way for all my extra kite gear, surfboards, and twin tips. Just got an SST today!
Really, life is way too short to not chase all the wind and waves one can.
Wales, I really hope to go on a kitesurfari pub tour there some day. With the tidal boars, maybe even get in the kayak or stand up paddle board. I think if I did the stand up paddle I would want a kayak paddle though. Old habits die hard.

Looks like a great place to NOT skimboard. Keep the potato chips at the closed-out shore pound, and let the surfers do their thing at one of the best SURFING waves in the world.
