Introducing the ECLIPSE KITES Bullet Proof Warranty!!!!

At Eclipse we believe in offering our customers only the finest products available. Amazing products require first rate after sale service. So with this in mind....
Eclipse Kiteboarding and Airtime Kite repair are proud to announce the launch of the industry’s first and ONLY standard warranty program which covers ALL kite damage accidental or otherwise for a period of 1 full year with NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Thats right now any and all kite damage is covered no matter how it happened, in fact we don't care how it happened just send in your kite and it will be repaired free of charge. No questions asked, no approvals from Eclipse or the Dealer- just send it your kite and we will fix it..problem solved.
Starting May 1st 2008 all Eclipse kites purchased in the USA, Canada, Caribbean and South America will be covered under this amazing new program.

How it works:
End user purchases kite from authorized retailer.
End user then registers kite on http://www.eclipsekites.com within 2 weeks of purchase.
Once your kite is registered you are protected for one year from the date of purchase against all and any damage to your kite NO QUESTIONS ASKED
In the event you damage your kite, simply put it in a box and ship it to one of Airtimes Kite repair facilities located in either Florida or Hood River Oregon.
Airtime will fix your kite and send it back to you in a timely manor so you can keep on riding. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! The kite owner is responsible for the shipping charges.
Users will void this warranty if they appear to be taking advantage of the policy.
This service is NOT optional; all Eclipse kites purchased from now on in the coverage areas will automatically include this warranty.
If you purchased a kite prior to April 15th 2008 you may opt into this program for a small fee of $60, this same warranty will cost$150 from AIRTIME kite so it’s a great value.
Owners of '08 Eclipse kites outside of the above mentioned coverage areas can also purchase this warranty on eclipsekites.com for $90. Please See special service notes on eclipsekites.con/warranty. In 2009 we will plan on offering this warranty coverage world wide.

How can you guys offer such a good warranty, Its sounds too good to be true?
First, we built a kite that would stand up to abuse. Then we asked AIRTIME kite, North America's premier repair specialists, to cover the kites and bladders for the first year of ownership. Our great product and their great service allow us to offer this one of a kind program.
How many times can I get my kite repaired?
Airtime will repair your kite as many times as necessary within the warranty period.
I just broke my kite, what do I do now?
Get a box, put you kite inside without BAR, BAG or PUMP and send it insured to one of the following locations:
AIRTIME kite, Inc.
101 N. 1st St.
Suite 100
Hood River, OR 97031
My bladder broke, what do I do?
If you are confident you can install your own bladder please fill out a repair ticket on eclipsekites.com and include your kites serial number and a replacement bladder will be sent to you. You must include a pictured of your damaged bladder.
If you cant or don’t want to install your bladder pack up your kite and ship it insured to one of the following locations:
AIRTIME kite, Inc.

Will my kite be covered if I sell it to another user?
You can transfer the warranty for $30 to a new user, however the kite will only be still be covered from the original date or purchase.
I live in Europe, Asia, Australia or some other place.. is my kite covered under this policy?
Well yes if you opt in for $90 and are willing to ship the kite to the USA for repair. Otherwise you are covered under the standard Eclipse warranty contact info@eclipsekites.com for service. In 2009 we are making plans to offer this program globally so all users have easy no questions asked repair service.
Why did you launch this warranty?
We have heard stories of riders waiting months for replacement parts or repair service from other brands who still charge more money for their products. We want all our customers to be on the water enjoying our products as much as possible. Just one repair on average will cost about $120 or more, One LE bladder will cost up to $150!!! So all in all its a very good deal.
