Yo guys, you've probably seen the posts on other forums, but REAL is looking for some coaches for the 2008 season. It's an awesome opportunity that gets you riding full time on 2008 gear, perfecting personal communication and networking skills with high profile clients (read: partying for free), and shredding one of the best combined wave and flat water regions on the East coast.

This is the perfect job for the college kiter looking to get away for a summer. REAL is super flexible with school schedules, so if you're only off for three months, no problem. REAL also has their own coach certification program. This is a week long intensive training session that will take any aspiring coach strait to their A-Game on and off the water.

One last thing... If you're worried about coaching your time away and not having any time for personal riding and development, fear not. When it blows here, it blows well into the night most of the time, and depending on your preferred schedule, you're off the water with your clients by 4pm, 6pm at the latest (really only happened to me a few times, and I still got my session in after words). Plenty of time to completely wreck yourself with a 4 hour progression session on the sound or a shredfest in the ocean. Either way, both are less than 5 minutes from REAL's front door.
