I saw a dude ripping on a wood twin tip shaped skim board yesterday at the marina and we spoke about the board and his friend who made it in Hood River but I forgot the name of the brand.....anyone know? Thanks!

Hey Retz and all interested.. RoiIndustries is in its 5th season ripping the ponds, smacking swells and slashing waves at the coast.. SkimSk8'n or skimboarding is a great way to let your riding become more creative and improve your riding skills! (SK8 to create, SK8 to destroy)

There is one SK8 model: the "OCHODEUCE" 48" and 45"

Skimboards are custom order and can be traditional twitchy ass pointy nose.. or roiindustry proven "twin tail" technology..

Come to the Marina and ride a demo!! Just find "A Train" board rep and shaper or Myself Dave "Roy" and take one for a spin!!

Twin tail (twin tip) is fun and playful. A little shorter like a skim-wakeskate.

The scoop nose directional is where it's at. A little longer and it works at the coast.

Finless so all the shore break and tidal flats are in play. You can also throw buckets of spray on the outside like in your profile pic.

Just PM Roy or come see him at the Marina for the scoop.
