I contacted Bob, here is what he said...

I checked on RoosterCam and it appears to be broken. The cables are connected and the ethernet link lights are blinking. Need to get up on a ladder and bring it down to check it out further. It lasted 3 years out in the elements, so maybe it needs a rest.

I heard some people taking that its not working because its all bound up with pubic hair.
