I just noticed a crack in one of my bridals. Is it possible to fix/make one up yourself or is it recommended to go with a manufacturers replacement?

You could easily make some new ones out of Q-line... though they won't look as nice, unless you've got a sewing machine. Regardless, it's an easy fix. Just depends on how picky you are about looks.

Check with Airtime in Hood River. They can probably get you taken care of.

It does look the same on the other side although I cant imagine that they would sell them like that. It looks rather fragile. Ill try and take an even closer shot of it.
Its an 07 Ozone sport.

Send a close up to Ozone and see what they say. Maybe nothing is wrong with it. If there is a defect, hopefully they will fix it. Let us know....

I don't think there's anything to worry about (as far as a mistake from the factory). It probably wore out there since it's the only place where the bridle is not doubled-up and can easily flex. My old B2/B3 bridles are doing the same. Probably would be good to change sooner or later.

Thanks for all the advise. Here are a couple of close-ups. I'll send these off to Ozone next to see what they have to say.

Those are 100% fine! Nothing is even wrong with them. In the first pic you posted, it looked as though you could see white through the purple, but I guess that's just frayed thread. The other side should look identical. They don't normally splice bridles, just loop them over and stitchh together. What you're seeing is the ends of each line.
